I met Rene Elizondo, the man I assigned to protect Janet and never touch her sexually. And certain reversible arrangements were made to insure this. The man was in the same room as me in this damn shelter and he had more juice than the veterans. He asked me, do you have WiFi? I said yes and as fast as he walked i and out of the room it was turned off. Now everybody but I had WiFi.
