His job is to transfer properties into the municipalities, sounds easier than it is. The City will have to make a lot major adjustment in how they control funds. This cannot not be an absolute freebee. Before the City owns all these properties lie K-Mart, Duane Reade, Walmart and the many stores, it has to pay for this transition in the form of huge tax breaks and big time. The City will fall short on revenues for about what 10 years easy and have to reduce services.

This is where the National Community Network, INC. comes in. Everything becomes charity under my management. I have abundance in non profit assets. I mean trillion laying around.  Just last year alone, I made $1.5 Trillion in charity funds, but it was stored away because Satan had to face me before he stole that money. For example the Kennedy Family alone has over 107 non profits at $80 Billion in assets. Under eminent domain it all goes to me (God) and I will hook up the Kennedy Family, starting with Bill Clinton as my first City Manager. Then are great bankers and investors and will do a fine job of managing things. The Black Panthers are also doctors, lawyers and businessman. And the Cuban certainly has some of the best doctors in the world.  See?

Now you are a trademark or (production process company) like Wal-Mart, IBM, Microsoft, Sony and the list goes on saying hey City in America, build me a store to agreed specifications, with the understand of each cites unique structure, a McDonald’s in New York City, might look different here than say in Florida. “Lets make a long term deal, I pay you rent and I create jobs to make money for my ideas.”  But never again will a city in America ever go broke, but ideas do get old. That is why IBM has over 8,500 patents. New ideas into the future.  A city is a corporation, but cannot have a trademark and that is the relationship designed in the United States Constitution.

Those 16 failures, says damn that shit was hard, I got to take it again to graduate.  Out of those 7 who did graduate, 5 was told you need experience, so maybe you should try this guy. 5. They force me pay fire taxes and I am Federal and State tax exempt.
6. They are forcing me to pay a deposit at commercial rate at my residence based on the zoning and not the residential services I require?
7. I paid $250 deposit ad then decided to use it as residential.
8. Either way it should be $150 and not $250 deposit
