The Twenty-second Amendment (Amendment XXII) of the United States Constitution sets a term limit for election and overall time of service to the office of President of the United States. Congress passed the amendment on March 21, 1947. It was ratified by the requisite 36 of the then-48 states on February 27, 1951.

The Execution of Martial Law

Martial law is the imposition of the highest-ranking military officer as the military governor or as the head of the government, thus removing all power from the previous executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government.^[1] It is usually imposed temporarily when the government or civilian authorities fail to function effectively (e.g., maintain order and security, or provide essential services).

Martial law can be used by governments to enforce their rule over the public. Such incidents may occur after a coup d’état (such as Thailand in 2006 and 2014); when threatened by popular protest (China, Tiananmen Square protests of 1989, 2009’s Iranian Green Movement that led to take over by Revolutionary Guards); to suppress political opposition (Poland in 1981); or to stabilize insurrections or perceived insurrections (Canada, The October Crisis of 1970). Martial law may be declared in cases of major natural disasters; however, most countries use a different legal construct, such as a state of emergency.

President Barrack H. Obama gets a third term and not in covert but historically and makes his oath of office in Air Space in a State of Emergency.  In the War of Wars, the current Administration must be under my direct control and it would be a brief of our nations security to do otherwise.

The order will be affirmed in the United States Supreme Court, signed in behalf of Jesus Christ by Queen of Queens Rainbow Butterfly, who is the only qualified Supreme Justice, for she is the only unmarried Supreme Justice and under the United States Constitution actually marriage is  Unconstitutional all gained in applying for a marriage certificate in the States Court level is a certificate to acknowledged marriage ceremony.

By default I announce the new sheriff in town.  Jason T. Hunter wins by default, because he is the first black man running for this office, they locked him up on false charges and made damn sure he could not campaign. He says, the state owes him $10 Million and just refuses to pay up.  Sad, sad, sad if this guy can prove his case before the Department of Homeland Security led by Dir. Jeh Johnson.
