Castellano Entertainment 52 Films of True History

Ok, you gave me 13 directors an I will go with that.  I wish you could have included names, types of films they specialize in and past budgets.

First, add $80 million to Debra her other $80 million to make her bonus $100 Million, because this is the beginning of Paramount.  I think I will give her $10 billion over 10 years and she will max out and can enjoy life and be a mother to the world. She can have another baby in y world.  Like I said, I get my 10% at years end and you’ll must make this grow and that is how you can a higher net worth. But I wouldn’t worry about that, but just try to enjoy life and our journey.

I am assigning 1/4 responsibility in the project each, 13 directors at 52 films or four projects. Decide how to exploit these movies, as to predetermine the date of their releases and the effect it will have on the community we are serving.  I noticed the trend is about $100M – $200M per film budget. And we know they are a bunch of crooks.  I will spend an average of the middle or $150M per film multiplied by 52 = $780,0000,000 or $650,000,000 each.  This will leave about $200 million to help people and promote what we stand for.  Use this money to create a exploratory committees.  Invite the black leaders and hear them out.  Many should participate in the project as themselves.

Understand we are a team and Debra Lee has to use her discretion in the budgeting and allocation.  If someone is making a sci-fi type God movie about true space travel. I was defrauded, ran out of town, my house was breaking into, I was unlawfully Baker Act over 25 to 30 times since moving to Avon Park about Dec. 2009.

The Special Field Orders were issued by Sherman, not the federal government with regards to all former slaves, and he issued similar ones “throughout the campaign to assure the harmony of action in the area of operations.”^[85] Sherman himself later said that these settlements were never intended to last. About 2.5 million tons of kaolin is shipped annually from Georgia’s “white gold” belt in 13 counties along the fall line that girdles the mid-portion of the state.

Mineralogists say that 50 to 100 million years ago, particles of kaolin or aluminum silicate were washed down from the rocky piedmont hills, coming to rest at the edge of a shallow sea, marked today by the fall line. Check all the other bankrupt cities for more natural resources.  When we buy a town, we control our own natural resources, that goes with the bailout.  Then we will decide what has value and what does not.

“Operation Solution and Response” is designed to create opportunities to generate funding to startup community based businesses.  Our targeted businesses of interest are in the music and video arts.  Our goal is to produce ownership of copyrights, to exploit these artist as non commercial volunteers.  These are the requirements to maintain non commercial and tax exempt media project.

 

This means if our project makes $1,000,000, our gross earnings will also be our net earnings, because our income is tax exempt.  Also this means we can gain revenue for the artist services at $21.24 per hour and as owners of the all royalties we gain a constant income revenue source.  That sounds one sided doesn’t it? Then comes do this for community?  No! 

 

If that same artist and producers earned $1,000,000 from the same project, as corporate entity for profit Independent label, corporate taxes are between 15% and 35%, depending on how much money the corporation makes in a year.  Or $850,000 to $650,000 to pay off the crew after taxes, what they will have to split.   Then you have to ask, who would it benefit you to give this first $150,000 to $350,000 on this first project per million to, in order to get my business started.

 

If you understand our unique design as far as our servicing our artistic community, we recognize that we are short on cash, high on idle time and have lots of talent going unnoticed.  And we are committed to helping startup small businesses, with a focus on the PTS Movement and other record companies out there trying to get started.

 

Though we cannot pay them for their labor or give them the rights to songs they donate to us, we can guarantee in our contract their rights to the use of these songs when they perform,  but we get the royalties and they get the tax deduction.  Now think about it at a minimum they have to forfeit 15 cents on a dollar for every record sold in taxes and  if they make good money, it can be as much as 35 cent per dollar in taxes.  This is where our cut comes in, because we do not pay taxes.  So that 15 cents to 35 cents stay with us based on current government IRS corporate tax scales, we can do well as a non commercial system of media.

 

Now under the 501 c 3 public charity status, I can help people start their own business through financial supports such as materials, due to the fact that we are about building a better community, thru community redevelopment and starting up business by helping entrepreneur develop business plans and get the support needed to succeed.  These are all real expenses required to get a record company started.  And we can legally spend that other 65% to 85%, made from this project or any project on their business ventures, be it a recording studio upgrade, a tour bus or bus charter to go on tour or whatever necessary to make them become autonomous and successful.  Opposed to a big record company with an 8 year contract, to find funding to get something in music started.

 

And maybe one day like a scene out of the Godfather, like Frank Sinatra came to the Dom and helped him out with talent connections and show commitments.  We need operating funds and these guys need startup cash and this is how to get this done for both sides.

 

Continue to copyright everything in your name. Once we determine what material will be proper for this project, these songs only will be transferred to the National Community Network, INC., and part of the documentation, will be make a business plan of action to support these volunteers in their for profit professional endeavors based on needs and earners and funding amounts required.

 

It is legal, because they never got paid for their work, but it is attractive to them, because this will allow them to gain funding to advance their business in terms of needed equipment and so forth, as long as we can account for what is being purchased. It’s a win-win proposition for any artist who wants to partake in and  support non profit non commercial media project.

 

Our only requirement is to help people who just need help with our earnings, from these type of arrangements.

 

Also: We plan to get a non profit digital website license with BMI.

 

The Non-Commercial Website Music Performance License is offered to any bona fide 501(C)(3) Not-For-Profit Organizations, churches, schools, or other related charitable organizations to cover the use of BMI music on their web sites.  The Non-Commercial Website License has a rate based on traffic to pages on your website, meaning we will have upgrade our capacity and will add merchandise in the future.

Social Impact: is a non commercial music and movie project.

 

A) Meaning all participants will work as volunteers for the National Community Network, INC.

 

B) Meaning all copyrights and royalties will belong exclusively to the National Community Network, INC., as required by IRS 501 3 c public charity regulations. To be used to exploit and sold to earn funding to support our programs and capital investments.

 

C) All profits earned will be used to fund Operation Solution and Response, which everyone involved should be able to benefit from, but we also welcome people who just want to give back to our community.  But this is really about self determination.

 

D) All earnings from this project can be applied as a tax deduction to the participants at a predetermined breakdown based on our income as a result of these royalties in the future, plus all labor will also be in-kind contributions to our organization allowing tax deduction for all work done for us as a volunteer.  We will issue and maintain timesheets for all participants, which be documented and maintain in are records as proof of in-kind contribution, which is a form of a donation from you to us.  With an understanding that we are us!

 

Goals and objectives:

 

#1: Record a socially relevant and hopefully provocative album using local artist as well as participation from the PTS Movement.  The album will deal exclusively with social issues we feel needs to be addressed, giving the writers an opportunity to send out relevant messages that we hope will act as a springboard to creating a system of self determination, community redevelopment, economic empowerment and community safety and pride.

 

#2: Write a screenplay that we will use the participants of this project as the leading actors and actresses.  We would like to record some of the events leading to this production in video and photographs for its historical relevance.  Anyone with video equipment interested should really consider being a part of this.

 

#3: Sought after funding to promote this project and purchase at least $5,000 CD’s, which we will sell for about $3.00 to $4.00 minimum donation each, allowing a mark up for artist to earn a few dollars, while promoting this project as volunteers.  If we get a solicitation license for New York, we could setup stations throughout New York City to raise funds and the CD would be just one product.  If we earn a profit of $1 per CD, we will have earned $5,000 + the return of the investment of the organization, plus future royalties if we successful exploit the products.

 

#4: Sought after funding to put the screenplay “Social Impact” into film production as a community oriented project.  We would want the approval and blessing of the Avon Park City Council.

 

Due to its non commercial status and social relevance on issues such as AIDS, drugs infestation and drug laws, black on black crime, black religion or lack or religion, crime, literacy, recidivism, black disenfranchisements and the many issues that create afflictions in our community will be addressed.  We think we can take an approach of reaching out to gain sponsorship to support this project, based on its relevance and non commercial nature.

 

Therefore we will search for sponsors based on the issue at hand to gather funding to carryout the promotion, production and sales of this project and we want to carry this program out in full.  We want to create a movie here in Avon Park, FL., even if it is a B movie and it will require attracting both the proper personnel who are truly committed and the Funders necessary to pay for it.

These document basically state that we own the royalties and copyrights from your work for us as an as a volunteer of the National Community Network, INC. and we are no paying you for your labor and is not responsibility if you get injured on the job.  While Felony Community Service Personnel would be covered by workers compensation immediately in case of injury, it is our goal to include things like insurance coverage as part of our package for movie productions well as other perks, such as porterhouse steaks events, refreshments and so forth. If we pull this off, we can treat you like royalty, we just cannot pay you at all, under 501 c 3 regulations concerning music and film production as a non commercial project.

Meaning we have a good microphone to start out with and the reflection filter along with the virtual gate effects in the audio production programs, can create professional results with little noise in the background.  I have audio programs to remove background noises as well, but rarely ever need it. Still for best results we want to work during the most quiet hours.

 

While we have one microphone setup for now, we can do multiple tracks, but can only record one person at a time. The reason I chose Reason 6.5 for this project, is because it uses less power than Cubase 7 and therefore we will be able to use damn near unlimited tracks for vocals, especially if we are importing beats into a single stereo waveform into Reason 6.5 in wav. format.  Thereby giving us back the power required to create the beat for use in vocal tracks.

 

How we will do this?

 

1: Using Acid Pro 7 Professional and our huge loop library, I will create beats with or without the artist or writer or both.  Then we will import the beat into Reason 6.5 multi-track music production software application. We will us Adobe Audition 3.0 as our mastering software application.

 

2: The beat will be given to a writer to write a song on a specific subject, based on facts, opinions and freedom of speech, but always remembering our purpose to reach out to our youth and disadvantaged young adults.

 

A) Each writer will be given a timesheet to document the hours spent writing our songs, which will be included in their in-kind contributions record at about $21.24 per hour, which will become a tax deduction to them and income, revenue and expenses to us.

 

3: We will record the songs in our studio, therefore other than utilities, we will not incur many cost in the recording stages of this project, thereby creating and giving us a product to later negotiate for funding based on our progress and sound quality.

I will book people work between 12 AM and 5 AM to do vocals and we can arrange to work together during the day to make beat, but after 4 PM.

 

4: I will write the screenplay because I own the appropriate software application and will welcome all the assistance I can receive as well as input on the subjects we will explore.

 

5: The music burning for sales, a ReverbNation upload, I will probably be able to front to get things started, but we have to find funding for the film and screenplay production and/or people with the ability to carryout these necessary tasks with minimal funds needed to be invested due to volunteerism towards a community oriented project.

We are calling on the local community residents to support our food drives for the next  couple months.  We will sell breakfast-brunch Monday thru Friday from 7 AM-12 PM, starting Wednesday the Aug. 21st 2014.  Basic menu is below and most of the cooking will be done by NaQuila L. Hardy former chef from the local infamous Rib-Shack Family owned restaurant. We will also sell dinners with notice or by word of mouth.

 

Funds will be used to cover overhead, while we search and find funding to carryout our agenda for 2014-15, Operation Solution and Response and our first annual Thanksgiving Weekend Events planned to begin on Thanksgiving Day 2014 – Free Food for the hungry, Black Friday we plan to giveaway gifts to at least 50 unfortunate youth whose parents just cannot afford to buy them gifts this year and ending the weekend events on 29 November 2014 at the Avon Park Community Center, whereby we are planning a great 4 to 5 hour event presentation for at least 150 lucky youths between ages 13-17 as our targeted audience.  Concurrently occupying upstairs for a community leadership presentation dealing with our community redevelopment and economic development plans.

But The Clerk of Court is sending me my certified copy as of yesterday and they emailed my one also.  If my property changes hands every involved party will go to jail. In fact, I plan to send someone there really soon to collect my keys for John and Albert, the two traders.  And if Ella and Lujuana do n to produce, I will lock them out.  Regardless I am owed $20,000 by anyone who uses that building for other than my intentions.

I found the identifying mark of Prince Hall Freemasons.  You’ll are a bunch of incompetent fools holding key positions, in places like the Veterans Administration.  And that is a problem.  Take the VA medical center.  I went to get my carfare and the casher told me, she was only authorized to pay me a one way metro card worth $2.50, for 2400 miles of round trip travel. Why? Because she is incompetent and unqualified. How can she not know her job, get paid for a position and not even know her authority or duty to all Veterans she serves every day.  Her duty is to pay me about $1,200 by law. But she broke the law by not doing her job and by doing what her supervisor told her to so that was illegal.  There is at least 3 out of 10 incompetent employees in the Veterans system, who got degrees over internet degrees and got in through the back door, based on a bunch of qualifications they do not even understand.  They just have friends with inside connections. As a result many veterans are dying due to poor healthcare, that is controlled by Nazi Germany.

So I walked into the Directors Office and told the staff, I want my money tomorrow in cash because this $2.50 is a lie and I got loud, but my only threat was if I do not get paid, you will be fired along with that 30% who are not qualified to perform their duty.  THey called the Federal Police to arrest me?  When I saw them talking to the Representative, I said you are talking to there wrong person, I made this criminal complaint. Now understand, prior to going to the hospital, I went across town to the Regional Office, when I filed my complaint, that they did not submit, while I was in Florida.  In fact they just further violated my after I made my complaint that Dr. Borden is either incompetent or simply a fraud. because she is no psychiatrist.  She could not even file a proper Baker Act.  This his widespread within the VA.

There will be a major investigation done in the VA, because we must save our healthcare system and the mean problem is fraud.  My com plant explain the drug Marinol which is a THC capsule approved by the FDA in 2004, under the George W. Bush Administration.  It proved in clinical research, marijuana is not a schedule one drug, but THC without the CBC, which is the miracle cure is a substance 3 drug, so marijuana so be even more safe. But due to corruption, they will never give this medication to anyone as  sedative, even after the research proved it cannot not kill you after an overdose and you cannot get addicted to marijuana, it is not addictive.  And if you take  lot, it will make you sleep about 5 hours and then wear off.  They know once this prescription is filled, the war on drugs must end and everyone with a non violent marijuana  conviction will be released, paid and given their rights back to include voting rights and gun permit rights.  But it don’t stop there. We will open marijuana polars citywide and accept Medicaid as payment.  And nobody will get in our way, because we know the truth about this drug.  And if they took us to court, our good lawyers will win, because the laws are unconstitutional from the start.

#1: We will open soul food restaurants citywide and will accept food stamps as payment.
#2: We will accept Medicaid for marijuana sales.
#3: We will expand Western Beefs to more communities and create memberships based on income.  Sort of like a Sam’s Club for the poor ghettos, whereby, you get a huge discount of about $35 for a certain amount of purchases per month.
#4: We will expand our services to New York City and get our solicitation license and create a chapter here so we can spend money on people in New York City.
#5: We will require and grant writing team of about 6 people and many administrative arrangements.
#6: I will continue to support Avon Park, FL. I will keep Lujuana and Ella on the board of Directors.  Albert and John W. Moss is out, because they are incompetent and John is full of shit and played himself and will be lucky if he doesn’t spend the rest of his life in prison.   Demon Jenkins made his move and got everybody afraid of him?  But the Bible says Fear God, so is Demon Jenkins God, he is not even Satan, he is just one dumb nigger.
#7: I will design our Operation Solution and Response for New York City, it will require board members and an address

The bottom line is Avon Park has 20 years to get their herds together, because nobody who doesn’t know me will live their after we build our Kingdom of God in Highland County.  We have so many wonderful plans to take action soon. But we are now in there business of solving problems and not making profits.
