How is my cousin Bankie house worth under $100,000 and that is what they paid for it?  But the white neighborhood is worth more?  Yet, I AM the Lord and live in the SRA?

Where I Am is the most valuable real estate in the world, If you disagree, let us drop a nuclear bomb and see who is left standing?

Before we redevelop, we must first reevaluate and properly appraise all of Avon Park, FL. I say in reality this area is worth 10 times the amount at property appraisal, before the redevelopment begins.  Bringing evil European whitey the creator of deception, only brings the value down.

I do not hear about people dying in garages and cars here last night. So how is New York City more valuable to human life?
